Each product shipped from Ivy and Pearl Boutique is carefully inspected twice - once when the product is received from our wholesaler and a second time when it is prepared for shipment to our customers. Quality control is important to us to ensure we never ship an item that is damaged in any way.
However, if you are unhappy with a product, we provide 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it for a full refund.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused (not worn, unwashed) and in the same condition that you received it. The returned item must be in the original packaging.
The returned item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If the return is not approved, we will return the product to you using COD shipping.
When the return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your account using your original payment method.
If you wish to exchange your purchase, contact us first. We will send you a return label to use for returning the items to us. To save time, you can go ahead and place your replacement order and when we receive the original items, we will issue a refund to your account.
Unfortunately, low overhead prohibits refund of shipping costs. Only the product cost is refunded. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they're packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way!
As the package remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us, ensure that you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return.
